The proposed expansion would add more than 370,000 square feet and 146 inpatient rooms, bringing the hospital’s total inpatient capacity to 696 beds, according to the report.
Northside Hospital Gwinnett is also adding a 143,828-square-foot medical office building with imaging, outpatient surgery and physician practices.
The medical office building is on track to be completed by 2025.
