ChristianaCare hospital snags $2.5M grant

ChristianaCare West Grove (Pa.) Campus received a $2.5 million grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services for renovation and outpatient services development.

The grant is split into $1.5 million from the American Rescue Plan Act and $1 million directly from the commonwealth. 

ChristianaCare West Grove, formerly Jennersville Hospital, was purchased by Wilmington, Del.-based ChristianaCare from West Reading, Pa.-based Tower Health in June. The facility has been closed since Dec. 31, 2021, according to a Dec. 7 ChristianaCare news release.
