Here are three things to know:
1. Previously, Ms. Johnson worked in nursing services at Tyler, Texas-based Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health System for 12 years.
2. In all, she has more than 25 years of nursing and administrative experience.
3. She replaces Janet Coates, RN, BSN, who served as CEO for seven years and recently retired.
“Having been a part of Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health System for more than a decade, I have seen firsthand the importance and value of providing healthcare to our communities with a focus on safety, quality and constantly improving access to much-needed services,” said Ms. Johnson in a statement. “As Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health System grows throughout Northeast Texas, I am incredibly excited to be a part of bringing the region’s preferred healthcare provider to the people of Winnsboro and the surrounding areas.”
