Former hospital CEO John Heer launches leadership company: 3 things to know

John Heer, former CEO of North Mississippi Health Services in Tupelo and president of Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Fla., has established a new company called P3 Leadership.

Here are three things to know about P3 Leadership.

1. P3 stands for People, Purpose and Passion.

2. The organization was created “to address the demand for leadership development in organizations, both large and small,” said Mr. Heer, who serves as founder and CEO. Its overall goal is to help organizations created a culture of an engaged workforce.

3. Components of the P3 Leadership approach include leadership development, servant leadership implementation and employee engagement.
