Indiana Health Information Technology Extension Center, a collaborative statewide initiative, hopes to help physicians achieve meaningful use of EHRs by 2012 in order to improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs. The center provides EHR adoption assistance, meaningful use coaching and discounted EHR products and services to small physician practices, hospitals, community health centers and other healthcare settings.
