Amazon One Medical and Cleveland Clinic have opened their first collaborative primary care office in Northeast Ohio.
The new facility began serving patients Oct. 29, according to a news release from Cleveland Clinic. It marks the first One Medical office in the area as part of a partnership between the national primary care organization and the health system.
The location offers preventive screenings, chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, and care for immediate needs including cold and flu. The office also includes on-site lab services, same- and next-day appointments, and a design intended to create a calm environment.
A second office is slated to open by January 2026.
The collaboration combines One Medical’s in-person and virtual primary care model with Cleveland Clinic’s network of specialists, hospitals and facilities.
