Prior to joining Tyrone Hospital, Ms. Fisher served as the director of patient care services at Fulton County Medical Center in McConnellsburg, Pa. She has more than 18 years of hands-on patient care and nursing management experience.
Ms. Fisher earned a master’s degree in nursing from West Haven University in Salt Lake City.
