Carondelet Health Network Names New CEOs for St. Joseph’s, St. Mary’s Hospitals

Carondelet Health Network in Tucson, Ariz., has named Amy Beiter, MD, president and CEO of Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital and Tony Fonze president and CEO of St. Joseph’s Hospital, both in Tucson.

Dr. Beiter has been on St. Mary’s medical staff since 1992 and was named CMO of the hospital in 2008. She is board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics.

Mr. Fonze was previously the CIO of Carondelet Health Network and the vice president of Ascension Health Information System.
