Dr. Focht has served the Newburyport, Mass.-based hospital as senior vice president and chief medical officer since 2021, according to a news release shared with Becker’s. In addition, he leads Seacoast Affiliated Group Practice, a physician practice employed by Anna Jaques, as chief operating officer.
He will assume his new role Sept. 4, succeeding interim President Jeffrey Brickman.
