South Carolina health system to build new $28M medical center

Anderson, S.C.-based AnMed is planning to build a new $28 million medical center in northern Anderson County, The Post and Courier reported May 5.

The campus will offer emergency medicine, physical therapy and routine healthcare services. In April 2022, AnMed bought the eight-acre plot of land for $3.35 million.

Construction will start this fall, and completion is set for early 2025.
