After Booz Allen was awarded the task order, Cognosante and Pro Sphere Tek filed complaints alleging that Booz Allen had an organizational conflict of interest. The two parties argued that Booz Allen would be in a position to move work toward another VA task order held by its subsidiary company.
The news comes as the VA looks to resume the Oracle Cerner implementation in mid-2023.
