John Lloyd. Co-CEO of Hackensack (N.J.) Meridian Health. Since their systems joined forces this summer, Mr. Lloyd — former president and CEO of Neptune, N.J.-based Meridian Health — and Robert Garrett — former president and CEO of Hackensack (N.J.) University Health Network — serve as co-CEOs of the newly formed Hackensack Meridian Health. While serving as president and CEO of Meridian Health for nearly 30 years, Mr. Lloyd led the system through numerous accomplishments, including becoming the first health system in the nation to receive the Magnet designation at each of its hospitals. He has served as chairman of the New Jersey Hospital Association.
