2. Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in San Luis Obispo, Calif., a Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare facility, appointed Tim Menton interim CEO.
3. Terre Haute, Ind.-based Union Health appointed Steven Holman president and CEO.
4. San Angelo, Texas-based Shannon Medical Center tapped Shane Plymell to serve as president and CEO.
5. Omaha, Neb.-based Methodist Health System announced President and CEO John Fraser will retire, effective Dec. 31, 2017.
6. Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital in Thermopolis, Wyo., named Margie Molitor, RN, permanent CEO.
7. St. Ignace, Mich.-based Mackinac Straits Health System named Karen Cheeseman succeeding CEO to Rodney Nelson.
8. Silver City, N.M.-based Gila Regional Medical Center tapped Alfredo Ontiveros, former CEO of Gila Regional, as interim CEO.
