Ms. Vergos has worked at Ripon Medical Center for nearly seven years in a number of roles, including vice president of patient services. She was also a naval officer/registered nurse at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., for four years. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Ms. Vergos replaces Jill Stenson, who is leaving after 17 years to pursue a position at another health system.
