3. LHS Health Network, Aetna Form ACO
LHS Health Network — a network of physician practices, hospitals and other healthcare providers affiliated with Lourdes Health System in Camden, N.J. — formed an ACO agreement with Aetna.
4. Boeing to Contract With Providence-Swedish, UW ACOs for Employees
Boeing selected two Seattle-based ACOs — one affiliated with Providence Health & Services and Swedish Health Services, the other with UW Medicine —for its new Preferred Partnership option for employees.
5. Aetna, Mercy Health Partner For Accountable Care
Aetna and Cincinnati, Ohio-based Mercy Health announced they are forming an ACO, which will be Aetna’s first commercial ACO in the Cincinnati area.
