Before joining BCHC, Mr. Stevens served as business manager for surgical services at UnityPoint Allen Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa. He has experience in financial reporting, data analytics and project management.
Mr. Stevens has identified the size of the surrounding community as one of the reasons he wanted to join BCHC, saying he likes smaller communities’ focus on family and relationships. In a news release, he also said the facility is well-positioned for growth, given its access to specialty providers in larger cities combined with the “personal and caring” touch with which it treats patients.
