Yakima Valley Memorial, Yakima Heart Center Begin Partnership

The partnership between Yakima (Wash.) Valley Memorial Hospital and the Yakima (Wash.) Heart Center has begun as the heart center welcomed the hospital’s Cardiovascular Imaging Center to its facility, according to a KAPP TV report.

The hospital and heart center agreed to partner in late June. Under the agreement, physicians from the heart center will oversee and direct cardiovascular programs at the hospital, and Yakima Valley Memorial will operate the imaging service in the heart center, according to the report.

The partnership aims to streamline cardiovascular service to patients.
