Ministry Saint Clare’s Hospital Opens Unit to Determine Medical Necessity

Ministry Saint Clare’s Hospital in Weston, Wis., announced the opening of a new $5 million, 24-bed unit.

The hospital added beds for cardiac and pulmonary care and created a clinical decision unit for rapid evaluation and testing when establishing medical necessity of admission for Medicare patients.
