Part of the investment is a number of planned construction projects, including:
• A redesign of the SSM St. Joseph Hospital West campus in Lake Saint Louis, Mo., that will include the construction of a new patient tower.
• A new emergency department and outpatient center at SSM St. Joseph Health Center-Wentzville (Mo.) that will open in 2014.
• The construction of an outpatient campus in eastern St. Charles.
• The opening of additional SSM Urgent Care sites.
