Police: Reported gunshots at San Antonio hospital a hoax

San Antonio Police Department said a reported shooting at Northwest Methodist Hospital that prompted employees to shelter in place was a hoax, San Antonio Express-News reported.

An anonymous call alerted hospital security about an alleged shooting Thursday. SAPD responded and searched the hospital but found no evidence.
