Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center (Daytona Beach, Fla.). The Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center encompasses the 293-bed main Daytona Beach hospital, 80-bed Ormond Beach hospital and outpatient facilities. Founded in 1967, the medical center is still renovating and expanding. It opened a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in 2016. More than 1,700 employees staff the medical center. Truven Health Analytics named the medical center to its 100 Top Hospitals list in 2017 for the third time.
