The hospital completed a land-swap agreement with the Jacksboro Economic Development Corporation last month.
The new facility will be on 12 acres and will include general hospital facilities, an outpatient clinic, emergency medical services and a wellness center, with space reserved for future construction of additional parking and medical office buildings, according to the report.
