During his five years at the 192-bed hospital, Mr. Street has expanded cancer and pediatric care, made state-of-the-art imaging technology more accessible and added nephrology and cardiology services.
The three other finalists were:

- Becky Ann Pape, CEO of Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital in Lebanon, Ore.
