The center, located in Jenkintown, Pa., will treat patients from birth to 18 years of age for non-life threatening situations, such as common colds, viruses, skin irritations and ear infections.
The facility is designed to provide convenient access to pediatric care after business hours; the center will be open weekdays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., times when most physicians’ offices are closed, according to the report.
