Brian O'Shaughnessy, former director of global corporate communications and public affairs for Google, joined telehealth company Hims & Hers.
Mr. O'Shaughnessy has been appointed as the company's first chief communications officer, according to an Oct. 12 press release.
In his role at Google, Mr. O'Shaughnessy led communications for the rollouts of the first Android-powered device, the Chrome browser and the internationalization and monetization of YouTube.
Hims & Hers is a digital platform that gives patients access to treatments for a broad range of conditions including sexual health, hair loss, dermatology, mental health and primary care.
