Florida Institute of Technology to launch telehealth initiative for autism care

The Scott Center for Autism Treatment at Florida Institute of Technology is set to roll out new digital health tools to provide healthcare nationwide.

As part of the initiative, the Melbourne, Fla.-based center has launched AutismAdvisor.org, a website with resources, assessment tools and videos related to autism diagnosis, therapy options and lifestyle skills.

Moving forward, The Scott Center for Autism Treatment is planning to develop a telehealth portal to facilitate ongoing communication between therapists and patients.
