The shares will be sold to the public at a price of $16.75 per share. Teladoc will use proceeds of the primary portion of the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, such as the expansion of its its current business through acquisitions and investments.
J.P. Morgan and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering and as representatives of the underwriters; Wells Fargo Securities and William Blair are also acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Oppenheimer & Co. are acting as comanagers for the offering.
This offering is expected to close on or around Jan. 24, 2017.
