Viant, based in Irvine, Calif., said it plans to use the acquisition to help optimize customers’ supply chains, expand product offerings and improve quality while managing costs.
Meraqi, a Fremont, Calif.-based medical device manufacturer, will supply Viant with minimally invasive surgical devices and open a West Coast Design and Development Hub.
