The transaction will give Medline access to treatments to manage patient fluid levels and contrast media and waste in diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Under the agreement, Medline will acquire AngioDynamics’ Namic brand, which consists of contrast management systems, closed fluid systems, guidewires, disposable transducers and interventional accessories.
Medline also will assume ownership of AngioDynamics’ manufacturing facility, including its sales and marketing team.
AngioDynamics is a supplier of minimally invasive medical devices for oncology, vascular access and peripheral vascular disease.
