Baxter International, a global medtech company, has named Andrew Hider as president and CEO.
Mr. Hider will step into his new role by Sept. 3, according to a July 7 company news release. He replaces Brent Shafer, who has served as interim CEO since February.
Since 2017, Mr. Hider has served as CEO of ATS Corporation, an advanced automation company.
