146 hospitals, systems ranked by nurse workload

MIT Sloan Management Review's "Nursing Satisfaction Index" shows how nurses at 146 hospitals and health systems rated the employee experience across four key factors, including workload. 

The index is based on researchers' analysis of 150,000 Glassdoor reviews written by nurses at 200 of the largest healthcare employers in the U.S., including hospitals and health systems, from the start of the pandemic through June 2023. The scores below are expressed as a standard deviation above or below the average for all 200 employers. Negative scores are represented in parentheses.
