Consumers, physicians and stakeholders can access the scores to compare clinics on preventative care, chronic disease care and appropriate use of healthcare tools.
The data come from eight of Oregon’s largest health plans, two managed Medicaid organizations and Oregon Health Authority’s Division of Medical Assistance Programs, and data collection is supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Aligning Forces for Quality initiative.
The release of these reports follows a June 2013 release of patient care experience surveys on the Partners for Quality Care site and is part of an effort on the part of OHCQ Corp. to provide healthcare transparency in the state.
