Kaiser, Sutter Physicians Sue Hospitals for “Unlawful” Peer Review Process

Mark Fahlen, MD, a nephrologist at Sutter’s Memorial Medical Center, and Hamid Safari, MD, a perinatologist at Kaiser Permanente, have accused the hospitals of using a peer review process that violates their civil rights and due process, according to a Modesto Bee report.
