Clarke County Hospital in Osceola, Greater Regional Medical Center in Creston, Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa and Cherokee (Iowa) Regional Medical Center scored in the top 100 of critical access hospitals based on iVantage’s hospital strength index, which rates rural and crical access hospitals across 70 different performance metrics.
“These top 100 critical access hospitals exhibit a focused concern for their community benefits and needs, regardless of scale, reimbursement and people’s ability to pay,” said Michael Topchik, senior vice president of iVantage.
