Pittsburgh-based Highmark has pushed 10 skilled nursing facilities and eight home health agencies out of its commercial and Medicare Advantage networks for 2016, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

naviHealth, a company that partners with health systems, accountable care organizations and post-acute providers to better coordinate care, has partnered with Golden Living, which has rehab, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice and palliative care facilities in several states.

Post Acute Medical, based in Camp Hill, Pa., and Austin, Texas-based Seton Healthcare Family will open Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital in a joint venture next summer, according to a Hays Free Press report.
