Lenox Hill Hospital dermatologist's video educates patients on SPF labels

With warm weather upon us, Michele Green, MD, a board-certified dermatologist at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, has created educational videos for patients on what to look for on sunscreen labels to ensure proper skin protection.

For example, Dr. Green explains in the video why SPF 50 is the "gold standard" for sun protection, when and where sunscreen should be applied and why there is really no such thing as "water-proof" sunscreen.
