  1. Taro Pharmaceuticals recalls epilepsy drug
    Taro Pharmaceuticals, a Hawthorne, N.Y.-based drugmaker, is recalling one lot of its drugs, Lamotrigine, designed to treat epilepsy and bipolar disorder, after discovering it was cross-contaminated with a small amount of another drug substance.
  2. Mavidon updates recall of skin prep lotion after bacterial contamination found
    Mavidon is updating a worldwide recall of its skin-prepping lotions to include all lots of the products after discovering a bacterial contamination that could cause life-threatening infections.
  3. Mylan recalls ulcer treatment after carcinogen found
    Mylan is recalling three lots of its ulcer treatment after detecting trace amounts of a carcinogen in the product.
  4. Aurobindo Pharma recalls antidepressant with mislabeled dosage
    Generic drugmaker Aurobindo Pharma USA is recalling its antidepressant drug Mirtazapine because of a labeling error.
