Cambridge, Mass.-based Metamark Genetics announced a new agreement with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia Tuesday.
The agreement, effective May 25, states Anthem BCBS will provide its customers in-network accessibility to Metamark's diagnostics.
Metamark, a biotechnology company specializing in diagnostic tests for cancer, is also affiliated with other large BCBS plans and national PPO networks.
"Metamark is making important strides in our mission to be the leading provider of essential, decision-making information to urologists and their patients throughout the complete prostate cancer care continuum," says Metamark's President and CEO Jerry Williamson.
