Five things to know about Humana Radio:
1. The radio station is streamed to Humana’s nearly 50,000 employees across the nation.
2. The studio is located in Louisville, where about 10,000 Humana employees work.
3. Trey Pennington, manager of audio visual services for Humana, told Wave 3 News Humana may be one of the only Fortune 500 companies with its own radio station.
4. “We stream to anyone on the Humana network,” Mr. Pennington told the news station. “All of our associates can listen wherever they are at. Whether they work at home or any of our locations.”
5. In addition to music, the radio station streams information and employee podcasts, and workers can call in to the broadcast, according to Wave 3 News.
