Group Health Cooperative partners with Fort HealthCare

Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin, a health plan with more than 79,000 members, partnered with Fort HealthCare in Fort Atkinson, Wis.

Under the partnership, GHC-SCW members can select a primary care provider from one of Fort HealthCare’s seven primary care clinics. Plan members also can access Fort HealthCare’s emergency, urgent care and all specialty care services.

Group Health Cooperative is a nonprofit health plan offering health insurance and clinical services. It has served the Dane County area in Wisconsin for 43 years.
