Anthem completes purchase of nursing management company 

Insurer Anthem finalized the purchase of myNexus, a company that assists payers with the coordination of at-home care for Medicare Advantage members, for an undisclosed amount, according to an April 29 press release.

The sale was first announced March 24 and was completed by WindRose Health Investors, a healthcare private equity firm. 

MyNexus is a digital platform that combines data analytics with the assistance of 250 clinicians to provide at-home care to 1.7 million Medicare Advantage members across 20 states.
