3 recent value-based agreements between payers, providers

The following value-based agreements between payers and providers were inked since Nov. 27, as reported by Becker's Hospital Review.

1. UnitedHealthcare unveils value-based Medicare Advantage program with Oak Street Health
Chicago-based Oak Street Health and UnitedHealthcare established a value-based network relationship. 

2. Einstein Healthcare Network signs value-based payment agreement with Humana
Philadelphia-based Einstein Healthcare Network entered into a value-based agreement with Humana.

3. CHI Franciscan, Humana team up for value-based payment model 
Tacoma, Wash.-based CHI Franciscan Health and Humana collaborated on a value-based care payment model for the payer's Medicare Advantage members in Washington state.
