RelateCare’s Cleveland center will offer patient scheduling, clinical support and remote support services to healthcare providers.
“From its new patient coordination center in Cleveland, RelateCare is in a better position to market its proven patient access model to other hospitals and health providers throughout the country,” according to a news release. “The Cleveland center is just the first step of many in the company’s long-term growth plan for the U.S. and abroad.”
The company began as a joint venture with Cleveland Clinic Innovations — the Cleveland Clinic’s development and commercialization arm.
