Richmond, Va.-based VCU Health is collaborating with Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing to offer a guaranteed admission pathway for registered nurses to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

VCU Health nurses who hold a diploma or associate degree are eligible for guaranteed admission into the school’s RN to B.S. program. It is a six-semester, part-time and online offering that allows nurses to continue working full time while pursuing their degree, according to a March 31 news release.

The health system is also offering tuition benefits and reimbursement of the application fee for enrollees. The application period for the fall 2025 semester runs from May 1 to Aug. 1.

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
