Thirty-one-year-old Kevin Cavallaro reportedly had disciplinary authority over the victim who was identified by the state nursing board as a 16- or 17-year-old. Authorities have not publicly disclosed the name of the facility in which the incidents occurred. The alleged offenses occurred between Oct. 1 and Nov. 9 of last year, according to the Courier-Post.

Mr. Cavallaro was arrested Feb. 2 and was charged with four counts each of criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child and an additional criminal sexual contact charge.

The state nursing board said the nursing license suspension “is considered temporary pending the conclusion of the criminal matter, after which the board may take additional action,” according to the Courier-Post.
