At a state Department of Health workshop being held to develop new trauma center certification rules, Tom Pentz, CEO of Orange Park Medical said that the hospital has complied with the order. However, the hospital has also filed for an appeal on the department’s decision, Steve Ecenia, Orange Park Medical’s attorney told the Florida Times-Union.

according to a Florida
Times-Union report.
The trauma center at Orange Park Medical was granted a provisional
