Raleigh General to Lay Off 14

Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, W.Va., announced plans to eliminate 14 positions from its workforce and leave empty positions unfilled, according to a WVNSTV report.

Employees impacted by the change are not in patient care positions, according to the report.

The cost-cutting measures were made as the hospital attempts to become more efficient in response to healthcare reform changes.
