New England Cable News reported that Wills-Knighton bought Bossier Medical for $3.7 million.
According to a report by the Shreveport Times, Wills-Knighton will offer health services and a conference center at the former Bossier Medical building. However, Willis-Knighton has not finalized the future use of the property. According to its news release, the health system is currently reviewing opportunities to use the building to enhance healthcare for Bossier City and Bossier Parish residences.
