Cole Memorial maintained a decade-long relationship with other UPMC hospitals before entering into an affiliation with the 30-plus hospital UPMC system last December.
Cole Memorial, which was rebranded UPMC Cole under the agreement, will maintain its local board of directors and form a new partnership with Williamsport, Pa.-based UPMC Susquehanna.
