St. Luke’s is also expected to reappoint current Warren Hospital Board of Trustees to the new Warren Hospital board with some powers reserved for the St. Luke’s board, the report said.
According to the report, two Warren trustees would also be appointed to the St. Luke’s Health Network board, and two St. Luke’s board members would be appointed to the Warren Hospital board.
